Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to keep you satisfied 110% with your purchase, as we know how important it is to you. If for any reason, you aren't satisfied, we would be more than happy to do a return or exchanges for you. Any item(s) purchased from Rising Royalty, must be returned and exchanged with original tags attached, unworn, and unwashed, within the 14 days of shipping date.

*LIMITED edition item(s) are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
*Gift Cards are non-refundable.
*Wholesale is non-refundable unless damaged
*Custom printing is non-refundable unless we make a mistake and misprinted or damaged

You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges. If you have requested an exchange, we will cover the new order shipment.

If your item is defective, please contact RisingRoyaltyApparel@gmail.com and we will issue you a return prepaid label.

All returns/exchanges, please include original invoice/receipt along with a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

Refunds do not include shipping costs!
